Vanessa Williams Releases New Disco Track ‘Legs (Keep Dancing)’

Vanessa teamed up for the new single with the drag queen Trixie Mattel and her own daughter Jillian Hervey, who is part of the R&B duo Lion Babe.

“Welcome to the dancefloor,” Trixie declares at the beginning of the song, welcoming not only us but the legend herself, Vanessa Williams.

From the very first second it is very clear that this EP has all the right elements to succeed. The right dose of sassy lyrics, a catchy tune and a true dance vibe. To release such a banger in the middle of summer was a genius idea.

The ‘BOP!’ EP features, besides the main single, four other remixes:

“If you bring the fire, I’ll bring the heat,” Vanessa sings in the first verse and she definitely delivers on the promise with the music video, too.

The video was filmed in London, UK and in the beautiful The Coral Room bar at The Bloomsbury, a luxury hotel near Soho.

Directed by the mother-daughter duo, the music video features Vanessa and Lion Babe dancing and enjoying themselves in London. Together with the dance ensemble cast, they also pay an homage to voguing in the video.

Our review of Vanessa Williams’ “BOP” song:
“I’ll bring the BOP!” Vanessa exclaims in the song’s catchy verse, and we can only agree. She has brought us yet another pop banger, together with Trixie Mattel and Lion Babe. We love it!
